i bought a 95 Firebird formula fixed up but since i could not convice my wife to learn how to drive stander i decide to do a trany swap but i have not heard many ppl do this just wondering how hard is it and about how much will it cost and what steps there are if any one know a web site with pics and steps link it here please and just for info if i do do it  i will sell my manual trany with a performance cluch. but if any one can help please do so.

PS. its a T56

I personaly feel you would be better off to sell your manual equipped car and purchase one with the auto already installed. It would save a lot of time and money. The expense would be high unless you had a doner car. JMHO

that sounds like a good idea but there is not very many formulas around where i live that i have seen any ways but how much does this type of car go for i mean i hear alot of people want a T56 tranny 6 speed is has a centerforce cluch bbk 52mm, and jeg's. whats the going price for something like this
