The fan works when the a/c is on but once i shut off the a/c it will not come on even at 235 Sad  degees.   I also replaced the relay but still nothing.  help

Did you check the temp sensor for the fan? You can ground the yellow wire going to it, if that gets the fan to come on, you can change the sensor or ground it permantly for an always on fan. If you choose to run it all the time, keep in mind the fan will wear prematurely. Also takes longer to warm up in cols weather.

Wire a switch that is only hot when the key is on and put a fuse inline ( check the fan amperage ) directly to the fan. This will let you drive and keep the motor cool  until you can figure out the problem whether it be the sensor or the wiring since you said you replaced the relay.
