i recently purchased a 1968 firebird 400 and sent to phs for documentation, and recieved good news ...it was ordered with a eight  in the motor column of the build sheet, which according to phs is for 400 h/o it is an automatic 400 turbo, my question is how do you tell a ram air because as far as i can tell there isnt even a code associated with ram air particularly? as far as i see on the factory order sheets there is no specific designation for ram air,but would like to know if mine could be one, although it is already very rare with only about 650 400 auto h/o's were built mine has a/c also and was orig. mayfair maize w/ black interior. any insight would be appreciated! thanks darren
