what size tires will fit on the back of a 69 without rubbing on the wheel wells?

do you have air shocks? or stock?
stock would probably be like205 70 15 or 215 65 15

I just picked up a 69 TA with center lines on it,
295-50-15s on the back and 225-60 15 on the front.... I am not 100% sure on the fronts, I will look again if anyone is interested.

I want to put some Crager SS's on it. Smiley

Hi Bob.

There is a great tire size calculator at

Personally, I have a 67 and 225/55ZR17 on 17x7 wheels all the way around.  I didn't want to change the rake of the vehicle, and these tires are a perfect fit.
